INTAKE
The auger intake, shielded for operator protection, has a long one-pin quick-remove clevis. Intake flight has new welded Wear Edge’ for long life with special low pitch for proven added capacity. Easily replaced. Greaseable Oilite bearing centers flight reducing vibration and wear.

FLIGHTING
Flighting is mounted and stretched on the flight shaft with hydraulic power and then welded in place for smoother running and longer life. All flight connections are timed for smooth grain flow.

GEAR BOXES
All gear boxes have top quality forged steel gears with tapered roller bearings running in oil for years of dependable service. Gear box can be flipped for right or left hand PTO drive.

OTHER BEARINGS
All bearings are matched to auger size from the flangette type ball bearings on smaller augers to the heavy duty cast iron flange ball bearings on larger models.

TRACK
Rigid roll-formed track beneath the auger tube provides excellent support. Augers 46’ and longer have heavy cable trussing for extra support and positive tube alignment.

WINCH
Safety winch with automatic brake is sized and geared to match the auger. The strong 1/4” galvanized aircraft type cable has 7000 lbs. break strength.

UNDERCARRIAGE
Undercarriages of heavy steel tubing are designed for each specific auger length for better balance and stability. Added cross bracing is used on larger models. Upper lift arms sit back from the axle and quickly tuck away for excellent bin eave clearance. Wide axles provide added stability. High speed wheels with cast iron hubs and tapered roller bearings are standard.

DRIVESHAFT BEARINGS
Driveshaft bearings of durable oil-impregnated hardwood, for long, quiet operation, are easily replaced if necessary, requiring no disassembly of driveshaft. Bearing brackets are factory jig welded for precise alignment.

ROLLER TRACK SHOE
Roller with oiled hardwood bearings reduces effort needed to raise auger.

LUBRICATED UPPER DRIVE

Heavy duty hardened steel sprockets and high speed roller chain are sized to match auger length and diameter.

MK130 PLUS Series: Features

1/4" flighting on main and sing augers, with additional 10 gauge wear-edge strip welded at critical grain transfer points for increased durability.

MK130 capacity: up to 9,600 bu/hr (261 metric tonnes/hr).

Heavier duty gear boxes and extended lube universal joints for longer, trouble free operation.

Our 81' size is designed with extendable axles which offers stability at the bin site and narrow transport width. (112" when retracted).

61', 71', and 81' utilize heavy duty galvanized truss cables with x-braced brackets to provide maximum support with full bin reach.

91' and 111' utilize a combination of 2 1/2" or 3" steel tubing and heavy duty galvanized truss cables to provide ultimate strength and support at all times.

Heavy guage 15" wheels with sturdy 6 bolt cast iron hubs and tapered bearings.

Transport to operation procedures are smooth and dependable with rugged double angle iron track, reinforced stress points and large multi roller trackshoe.

Treaded upper bearing thrust adjuster allows flighting pressure to be equalized on both upper and lower bearings.

New 1000 RPM-540 RPM reducer with built in reverser that will now bolt onto the auger instead of the tractor. Eliminates bottom, bearings, chain, sprockets and optional reverser kit when used.

Heavy structural tubing and wide double square tube arched axle for stability on the 91'/111' models. The 61' and 71' models are heavy duty square tube with trussing. Heavy guage 15" wheels with sturdy 6 bolt cast iron hubs. Require 9.5L-15x8 ply or 11L-15x8 ply heavy duty tires.

CV-PTO Shaft

All MK augers are equipped with an overload shear bolt. The CV-PTO shaft, assures smooth operation with vibration-free running, longer wear and constant high capacity grain flow.
